There should be a template in the create item page.

This reply assumes OP needs more or less a step by step instructions

download one if the THREE templates (theres one for each body section: torso/arms, legs qnd feet)

acquire a drawing app
I use ibispaintx

for ibis:
open it
go to ur gallery
click the + on the bottom left side
click import picture
click whatever template u want
and it should open it for you

once in youll want to clock the button next to the ⬅️ button
... this will allow you to see your layers which will be important

a smaller image of the template should be shown there, click the + button under it
... this will create a new layer for you and this is the layer youll be doing your doodling on
... youll know if youre in that layer if it appears blue
... you can now exit this menu and begin doodling

after you've finished youll wanna re-enter the menu from before and click the eye button on the layer that shows the template, this will cause it to become invisible
... in the backgrounds option youll want to click one of the checkered backgrounds, this will cause transparency; it will NOT show up on the clothes when uploaded

when thats down i want you to now click the ⬅️ button and a small screen of options will appear
... click save image and turn the Transparency setting in there on too
... click OK and bam. you now have ur clothes downloaded

All you gotta do now is upload it onto the site
