I was actually playing in the same server as Eltamate while practicing my own speedrun, but I wasn't there when he got a 0.263s record. He left before I did, after he got the gold par time reward.

So I can't defend that specific time, but from the hour(?) I spent with him, he WAS playing legitimately. Still, that time is obviously illegitimate, whether or not it's deliberately cheating.
