My friend's having this issue, any help.

My friend is trying to hop on bopimo but she cannot download any updates. This is because her client isn't connecting to the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hm im not sure. If you need the update you need the internet. The game doesnt update when you open the client though, you need to open the launcher instead. You can do this through entering any level via the website.

Have they tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the client? I'd try that before anything else.
