I don't think so, unless you consider scrolling through the entire search page ID searching.

https://www.bopimo.com/api/item/1048/ there is also this, which also lets you quickly get the item mesh, texture, and thumbnail URLs

I can't find one for levels oddly enough. there is the search one though: https://www.bopimo.com/api/levels?search=&page=1&category=&order=playing_count&filter=
